The Diyala Journal for Veterinary Sciences (DJVS) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all users of the journal website, including authors, reviewers, editors, and readers.
The names, email addresses, affiliations, ORCID IDs, and any other personal information entered in the DJVS website will be used only for the stated purposes of the journal. Personal information will not be sold, shared, or used for commercial purposes. It will not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary for journal operations, indexing, archiving, technical support, legal compliance, or ethical investigation related to submitted or published work.
DJVS will take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to respect the confidentiality of information obtained through the journal’s submission and peer-review systems.
By using the DJVS website and submitting information through the journal system, users acknowledge that their information will be processed only for legitimate journal-related purposes.
